Meyaar Laptops provides a 14-day limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase on used items (items listed as New carry a 1-year international warranty), allowing customers to test pre-owned laptops in their own environment. Exchanges are available for internal hardware faults or spec mismatches confirmed by our in-store inspection within this window. Replacement and exchange requests carry a handling fee, which may be waived if the fault was ours.
